This is officially my favourite Indian restaurant in Vancouver. SO DELICIOUS. ⠀ This is what I ordered: ⠀ Paneer Pakoras- Deep fried Indian Cheese ⠀ Dahi Puri- Round hollow pastry filled with potatoes, onion, and sev, drizzled with yogurt and various chutneys. ⠀ Garlic Naan ⠀ Latchedar Phrata bread- Multi-layered bread garnished with ghee (butter). ⠀ Seekh kebab- Made with ground meat mixed with garam masala, skewered and baked. ⠀ Chicken methi the yellow curry- Boneless chicken and dry fenugreek leaves cooked with garlic in special curry sauce. ⠀ Lamb bhuna curry- Thick curry loaded with tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, and lots of Indian spices. ⠀ Follow them at @bombaykitchenandbar and you must go in to try their curry!!!
